CA Oil & Gas are currently seeking a Fishing Tool Coordinator for our clients operations in Equatorial Guinea.
Main Duties:
• Coordinate and supervise pre service planning and operations
• Maintain, compilation, analysis and reporting of KPI’s to Operations Manager
• Monitor utilisation of all assets and service resources maintaining operational efficiencies.
• Support identification, investigation, analysis and reporting of equipment and/or operational failures
• Implement corrective actions to ensure ultimate client satisfaction
• Support operational infrastructure development and develop local operations team for service delivery
• Promote a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture, identification and resolution of risks, quality management, effective loss prevention and role modelling.
• Communicate corporate health, safety and environmental policies to subordinates to ensure compliance.
• Appraisal, coaching, and mentoring of team members
• Assume the responsibilities of the Operations Manager when required.
• Manage direct and support Field Service Engineers, R&M supervisors, R&M Technicians and ES teams
• Optimise on utilisation of all assets and service resource to obtain financial and business objectives and targets
• Utilise market information to gain knowledge on marketplace and customers to recommend business proposals and provide information to segment and OFS management.
• Direct, maintain and improve technical support to all clients to ensure a superior service organisation
• Responsibility for resource management, budgetary matters and preparation of financial and operational reports as required.
• Reporting and maintenance of operational equipment utilisation for existing and future needs
• Reporting of equipment utilisation and forecasting.
• Provide support at an operational level to sister segment operations within and out with NGA at time of high operational activity to ensure best practice and operating efficiencies
• Delivery, execution and reporting to Operations Manager of established objectives, business plans and policies for Segment and subordinates
Qualification/Skills:
• Graduate in Sciences, Mechanical Engineering Applications, Drilling Engineering or Diploma with relevant drilling and or workover operational and management experience
• Extensive industry experience in Fishing and Remedial related disciplines
• Industry experience preferable
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team
• Specialist product line specific training will be required
• Computer literate and proficient
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Self starter
