CA Oil & Gas Middle East is looking for a PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER (OIL & GAS / REFINERY) for a World Leading Oil & Gas Company.
Requirements:
- The B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- minimum fifteen (15) years relevant experience in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry including
- at least ten (10) years of experience on major projects handling project control functions.
- Must be fully aware of contract types, project planning, project execution work processes (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning), estimating systems and software and manufacture processes for critical and major project equipment.
- Must be familiar with Primavera Software and Monte Carlo simulations for risk analysis, ISO 9000 requirements, project financial analysis etc.
