CA Oil & Gas is urgently seeking a General Manager for the Marine Division to be based in Mombasa, Kenya.

General Manager Job Description

To develop and implement technical, operational and financial goals for projects related to the marine project operations.

General Manager Tasks and Responsibilities

Leadership and management Business development Technical Management Operation Management Human resource, conflict management, managing and developing others Marine Compliance management Financial management Education needed for the role.

General Manager Minimum Education

Engineering Graduate or Master Mariner or Chief Engineers with a strong management background. Having a MBA /Diploma in Management / Financial Management will be an added advantage.

General Manager Experience

Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in senior management / project management working in the outlined marine projects that the company currently is involved in Minimum 7-8 years’ experience as a profit centre head. In-depth knowledge of all business functions associated with ship operations, offshore/ onshore logistics, oil, Gas , and other project management Proven ability to work in a challenging , dynamic and stressful environment Experience working in Africa shall be an added advantage. General Manager Contractual information: The right candidate can expect a 2 year contract (renewable) after a 6 month probation period
