Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead, manage and direct all marketing and business development activities into Africa Identify and implement a suitable growth strategy for the business Devise a tactical growth plan for the business Work closely with internal as well as external stakeholders to maximise growth, development as well as return on investment in the African region Coordinate the development of customer insights, market intelligence development and sales analysis in order to capitalise on business opportunities Development of a strategic plan which would fast track the market growth Identify and evaluate organic as well as inorganic growth strategies by product line Analysis of market trends, competitive data, technological advancements and the customer needs assessment.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills Must have a relevant Marketing related qualification (MBA preferred) Minimum 10 – 15 years relevant experience in strategic marketing, leadership, problem solving as well as planning and execution of marketing strategies within the automation and controls industry The preferred candidate would have high energy levels, a creative mind and would ideally be a self-starter A leader within the industry that has analytical thinking, decision making, and interpersonal as well as strategic problem solver would be the perfect fit for this role.
