This, together with requesting referrals from well-connected individuals from our networks in Africa ensures success, in the shortest possible time. Once we have identified a shortlist of candidates, we interview them (either by telephone or face-to-face where possible), ensuring that their skills match your requirements.

Following this, we make the necessary introductions, forwarding the candidates’ CVs to you, together with a brief summary explaining why each candidate has been shortlisted, and subsequently manage the interview process and all negotiations through to the successful candidate’s start-date.
