This Toolpusher role requires you to supervise the drilling operations / activities and to ensure that they are in accordance with the well program. An important aspect to this role will be that the Toolpusher needs to ensure that the drilling operations are carried out in a safe, efficient and productive manner. Actively promoting the company’s core values and reporting to the Senior Toolpusher or Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) is part of the job description.
Toolpusher Responsibilities
The successful Toolpusher will be responsible for the plans delivery of drilling tools, fuel, water, and other supplies for use at the drill site. You will also be responsible for orders type of drilling bits to be used, according to the type of strata encountered. Superviseing and coordinating activities of the workers engaged in drilling oil and gas wells in areas consisting of one or more well sites need to be achieved by the Toolpusher we are seeking: Other responsibilities that need to be achieved include directing workers to erect, dismantle, and move drilling rigs, operating power units and draw works and other drilling equipment.
Toolpusher Requirements
The viable Toolpusher we are seeking must have a Qualification and Skill Valid Supervisors Well Control Certification (IWCF). We are looking for a Toolpusher with plus minimum two years of experience working in the capacity of Cyber Toolpusher. You must have a Valid BOSIET (or offshore survival) certificate and recent OFFSHORE experience working on a cyber-drilling/ tender barge or Semi-submersible rig. The right Toolpusher must additionally have 5 years of previous work experience on the Drill floor High School Diploma or equivalent. If you have knowledge of standards, regulations and requirement within the industry PLUS good language skills, both oral and written then please don’t hesitate in applying for this role.
